About the Product

The inflatable U-shaped neck pillow fills up in a few breaths through its valve and, once deflated, takes up no more space than the palm of your hand; its fabric cover can be removed and washed. The sleep mask is softly padded and has an adjustable elastic strap. The foam earplugs come as 2 pairs in a case. All the pieces are gathered in a drawstring pouch. Leaving a little slack rather than inflating the pillow fully helps it sit better around your neck. Washing the mask and the pillow cover with an unscented detergent removes any worry about scent on your days in ihram. For hygiene reasons, the earplugs should be used by you alone.

How to Use

1. Inflate the pillow through its valve to the firmness you prefer, then close the cap.
2. Roll an earplug between your fingers to make it thinner and place it in your ear; it expands within a few seconds.
3. Use the sleep mask after you have come out of ihram, at the hotel and while travelling.
4. After use, let the air out of the pillow and put it back in the pouch.
5. Keep the earplugs for your personal use only and store them in their case.

Using It on Your Umrah and Hajj Journey

While in ihram, men do not wear stitched clothing; they wear the ihram, made of two unstitched cloths, leave their heads uncovered and choose slippers or sandals that leave the top of the foot uncovered. Women, on the other hand, enter ihram in their normal modest clothing and do not cover their faces or hands. An ihram belt or a waist bag can be used to hold the ihram in place and to carry items such as money and a phone.
