A peaceful journey to Makkah and Madinah with economy, luxury and premium Umrah packages. Return flights, accommodation near the Haram, all transfers, an experienced religious guide and the Umrah visa are included in the price, with 24/7 support and financing options.
Umrah is a blessed act of worship that can be performed in any season of the year outside the Hajj period. Circling the Holy Kaaba in tawaf, performing sa'i between Safa and Marwah and visiting the mosque of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) are among the deepest wishes every Muslim carries in their heart. At RotaNur, we plan this blessed journey for you from start to finish, so there is no detail left for you to think about other than your worship.
We offer our Umrah tours in different comfort classes: economy, luxury and premium. This means there is always an option to suit every budget and every expectation. We prepare programmes that meet the expectations of everyone, from those going on Umrah for the first time to guests who have visited the holy lands many times.
By staying in hotels close to Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi) in Madinah, you experience the peace of performing the five daily prayers in congregation. Depending on your package class, we offer a range of options, from hotels within walking distance of the Haram to comfortable hotels with a shuttle service.
Our guide, who welcomes you at the airport, is by your side at every moment of the journey, from entering ihram to tawaf and sa'i, and from the visit to the Rawdah in Madinah to the visits to Uhud and Quba. Transfers between Makkah and Madinah are made by air-conditioned coach with rest breaks, so you can simply focus on your worship.

Depending on the flight plan, the programme may begin in either Makkah or Madinah; the exact schedule and dates are sent to you in writing after booking.
On our Umrah Tours, a typical programme begins with guests being welcomed at the airport and settling into their hotel. The first days are usually spent in Makkah: guests enter ihram, perform Umrah and offer many prayers and tawaf at Masjid al-Haram. The historical and spiritual sites of Makkah are visited with our guide. Throughout the programme, the daily schedule is planned to balance worship and rest.
The group then travels to Madinah. Here, praying at the Prophet’s Mosque, visiting the Rawdah and seeing historical sites such as Uhud, Quba Mosque and Masjid al-Qiblatayn are key parts of the programme. The final day of the journey ends with hotel check-out and the airport transfer. This schedule is flexible depending on the length and content of the package; our team shares the details of your programme with you in advance.
How Is Umrah Performed?
The main stages of Umrah, in order, are as follows: ihram is entered with the intention at the miqat boundary, Makkah is reached while reciting the talbiyah, and tawaf of the Kaaba is performed at Masjid al-Haram. After tawaf, two rak’ahs of prayer are offered behind Maqam Ibrahim, Zamzam water is drunk, and sa’i of seven laps (shawt) is performed between Safa and Marwah. Finally, the hair is shaved or shortened to leave the state of ihram, and Umrah is complete.
On RotaNur programmes, an experienced religious guide is with you through all of these stages. Our guide explains how the worship is performed step by step, joins you in your supplications and immediately clears up any doubts you may have.
Ihram and Miqat
Ihram is an indispensable requirement of both Umrah and Hajj. It is entered with the intention at, or before, the miqat points, which are set boundaries. Men wear two pieces of unstitched white cloth, while women enter ihram in their normal modest clothing. Certain acts are forbidden while in ihram, including cutting the nails, shaving, applying fragrance and arguing. Our guide explains the rules of ihram in detail before departure.
It is not correct to cross the miqat boundary without being in ihram; that is why it is important to enter ihram before the flight or at the designated point. On RotaNur programmes, this stage is carried out under our guide’s supervision, without anything being missed.
Tawaf and Sa’i
Tawaf means circling the Kaaba seven times, starting from the line of the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad). Each circuit is called a shawt. Supplications are made during tawaf, and the Kaaba is approached with reverence and humility. After tawaf, two rak’ahs of prayer are offered behind Maqam Ibrahim and Zamzam water is drunk.
Sa’i is walking back and forth seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwah. This path, along which Hajar ran in search of water for her son Ismail, is a symbol of patience and trust in Allah. Our guide joins you in your supplications at every stage and shows you how to perform each step.

Accommodation in Makkah and Madinah
The quality of your accommodation is one of the most important factors directly shaping the comfort of your Umrah experience. Across our Umrah Tours options, depending on your package class, we offer a range of alternatives, from premium hotels within walking distance of the Haram to affordable hotels in the city centre. The hotels’ proximity to the Kaaba and the Prophet’s Mosque makes everything easier, from reaching the five daily prayers on time to night worship.
All the hotels we select are carefully assessed for cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. Rooms come with comfortable beds, hot and cold water and air conditioning as standard. A rich open-buffet breakfast and dinner are offered depending on the package class. By staying at hotels close to the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, you can visit the Rawdah with ease.
Airport Welcome, Transfers and Guidance
From the moment you land, our guide welcomes you and organises all your transport. Transfers between Jeddah or Madinah airport and the hotels, as well as the journey between Makkah and Madinah, are planned in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles with rest breaks. This way, you cover long distances without tiring yourself out.
The most valuable part of our programmes is our experienced religious guides. Your guide explains the rites of Umrah step by step and personally accompanies you through the intention, talbiyah, tawaf, sa’i and shaving. They clear up any doubts arising from unfamiliarity with the finer points of worship and share the history and spiritual significance of the places you visit. To keep communication within the group strong, they give regular briefings and set clear meeting points.

Extended-Stay Umrah Programmes
15–33-day programmes give you more time in Makkah and Madinah to complete your worship without rushing.
Packing wisely for your Umrah journey helps you stay comfortable in the holy lands. It is a good idea to bring comfortable, breathable clothing, shoes that are easy to put on and take off, and slippers. Light clothing is recommended for the hot climate, along with a cardigan for cool evenings. Carrying your medication, personal care products and essential documents in your hand luggage makes things easier if anything goes wrong.
Getting worship items such as ihram, a prayer mat, prayer beads, a Zamzam container and a prayer book in advance saves you a last-minute rush. You can meet all of these needs from a single place in the RotaNur Umrah essentials category. We recommend packing your luggage evenly so as not to exceed weight limits, and leaving space for the gifts you will buy on the way back.
Using an ihram belt or a neck wallet to carry your valuables and cash securely is a wise choice. In crowded places, practical solutions like these both keep you safe and help you focus on your worship with peace of mind.
Health and Nutrition During Umrah
Keeping your body fit during your days in the holy lands helps you perform your worship more comfortably. Because the body loses fluids quickly in the hot climate of Makkah and Madinah, drinking water at regular intervals throughout the day is extremely important. Avoiding heavy, fatty foods and choosing light, balanced meals helps you keep your energy up during long walks and tawaf.
Guests with chronic conditions should carry a sufficient supply of their medication along with their prescriptions. On our Umrah Tours, we adjust the walking pace to each person and provide wheelchair and companion support when needed. This way, our elderly and more vulnerable guests can also complete their worship in comfort.

About Umrah for Women
Women can perform Umrah in full as well. For women, ihram is their normal modest clothing; they enter ihram in their usual garments, with the face and hands left uncovered. During menstruation, preparations other than tawaf can be made, and tawaf is postponed until after purification. Our guides and support staff advise our guests on such matters with due sensitivity.
In our catalogue, you can find Umrah clothing sets, comfortable headscarves and practical item solutions for our female guests. Our accommodation and programme arrangements are planned with family privacy in mind, so our female guests can also perform their worship with peace of mind.
Communication and Practical Information During Umrah
It is important to stay in constant contact with your group and your guide in the holy lands. Getting a phone line you can use abroad or a local SIM card helps you stay connected with your family and your group. Keeping your hotel address and your guide’s contact details with you makes things much easier if you get lost in the crowds.
Prayer times follow local time in Makkah and Madinah; a simple app or your guide’s updates are enough to keep track of them. At RotaNur, we keep communication within the group strong and make sure every guest stays informed through regular updates. This way, you feel safe and well guided throughout your journey.

Spiritual Etiquette on the Umrah Journey
Umrah is an act of worship that values the state of the heart far more than outward appearance. Being patient in the holy lands, not hurting anyone, respecting the rights of others and turning to worship with humility are all part of the spiritual etiquette of Umrah. Showing patience in the crowds, making room for others and being cheerful are also in keeping with the spirit of this worship.
A journey undertaken with this spiritual sensitivity leaves a much deeper mark on the heart. RotaNur guides share with you not only the outward form of worship but also its spiritual depth.
The Virtue and Spiritual Value of Umrah
Umrah is a blessed act of worship that purifies a Muslim’s heart and is a means of being cleansed of sins. Our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) gave the glad tidings that Umrah is an expiation for the minor sins committed between one Umrah and the next. Circling the Kaaba, turning towards the Black Stone and praying at Masjid al-Haram offer a spiritual fulfilment found nowhere else in the world.
This act of worship is not simply the performance of certain rituals; it is also a person’s renewed meeting with their Lord, a chance to reflect on their life and an experience of spiritual renewal. Many people returning from Umrah say that this journey marked a new beginning in their lives.

Zamzam and Dates: The Blessings of the Holy Lands
Zamzam water is one of the greatest spiritual and physical blessings of the holy lands. Drunk with the intention of healing, this blessed water refreshes you throughout your journey and helps you build a spiritual connection. Bringing Zamzam water and Madinah dates home to your loved ones after Umrah is a meaningful way to share this blessing.
We recommend using leak-proof containers to carry Zamzam water safely on your journey. You can get these and similar items from our Umrah essentials category.
Spiritual Life After Umrah
Umrah is not limited to the days spent in the holy lands; what truly matters is keeping alive, after the journey, the mark this spiritual experience leaves on your heart. Many of our guests returning from Umrah say that the visit was a new spiritual beginning in their lives. Carrying the peace and the discipline of worship you have gained into daily life is the finest fruit of Umrah.
At RotaNur, we stay in touch after your journey ends and would be delighted to be by your side again on your next Umrah or Hajj programme. For us, every journey is the beginning of a new friendship built on trust.
