Premium Hajj 2027: Prices and Package Details

Perform your Hajj in the highest comfort with accommodation closest to the Kaaba, premium tents, high-speed intercity train travel and a boutique group format. Explore the scope, prices and itinerary of the premium Hajj package.

Premium Hajj is the highest comfort class among RotaNur's Hajj programmes. Accommodation closest to the Kaaba, premium tents in Mina and Arafat, high-speed train travel between Makkah and Madinah and a boutique group format are the key privileges of this package.

The small-group format allows the guide to look after each guest closely. Your questions are answered without delay, the pace is adjusted to the group's needs, and the confusion that crowds bring is felt less during moments of worship. This way, you can devote your mind entirely to worship.

Staying this close to the Haram makes it easier to plan the daily prayers and tawaf around the hours when the crowds thin out. The fatigue of the days at the holy sites (Mashair) is also shaken off by genuinely resting at the hotel.

The premium package is also bound by the rules that apply to private Hajj organisations: the programme is run through authorised agencies and within the regulatory framework set by the Diyanet (Türkiye's Presidency of Religious Affairs). The current registration conditions need to be confirmed each year through official announcements.

Whether the days in Madinah come before or after Hajj depends on the flight and train schedules; the total duration is determined by the package structure. If the group travels on to Madinah after Hajj, the farewell tawaf is performed before leaving Makkah. The exact itinerary is shared in writing after booking.

The boutique group format provides flexibility on every day of the programme. Our guide can adjust tawaf and visit times to the group’s condition, give tired guests extra rest time and plan moments of worship around the hours when the crowds thin out.

How Is Premium Hajj Performed?

Masjid al-Haram and the Kaaba, where tawaf is performed in the premium Hajj programme

The premium package offers no privilege in the rites of Hajj; every step from ihram to the farewell tawaf is the same for every pilgrim. What sets the package apart is that these steps are experienced in a calmer, better-planned and less tiring way. Our guide explains the Hajj rites in line with the religious guidance (ilmihal) published by the Diyanet (Türkiye’s Presidency of Religious Affairs).

Types of Hajj: Ifrad, Tamattu and Qiran

Hajj can be performed in three ways. In Hajj al-Ifrad, the intention is made for Hajj alone. In Hajj al-Tamattu, Umrah is performed first during the months of Hajj, the pilgrim leaves the state of ihram and then enters ihram again for Hajj on the Day of Tarwiyah. In Hajj al-Qiran, Umrah and Hajj are performed together in a single ihram. The vast majority of prospective pilgrims travelling from Türkiye choose Hajj al-Tamattu; in Tamattu and Qiran, the sacrifice of thanksgiving is wajib.

Sacrifice, Shaving the Head and Tawaf al-Ifadah

On the first day of Eid, after pebbles are thrown at Jamarat al-Aqabah, the sacrifice is offered; then, with the shaving of the head, most of the restrictions of ihram come to an end. Tawaf al-Ifadah, one of the obligatory acts (fard) of Hajj, is performed during the days of Eid; those performing Hajj al-Tamattu also perform sa’i after this tawaf. Accommodation closest to the Kaaba makes it easier to perform Tawaf al-Ifadah at a time when the crowds are relatively lighter.

Premium Hajj Prices 2027

Our premium Hajj package starts from 850,000 ₺ per person; the current amount for the premium package is shown in the list below and on the product page. These prices apply to RotaNur packages; the fees announced by the Diyanet for its own organisation are separate and should be followed through official announcements. Current per-person prices:

The main factors that determine the price of premium Hajj are accommodation in the hotel class closest to the Kaaba, the room arrangement, the premium tents in Mina and Arafat, the high-speed train journey and the boutique group format. Personal expenses and services not listed in the contract are not included in the package; the status of items such as the sacrifice is clearly stated on the product page and in the contract.

The premium package provides no privilege whatsoever with regard to registration, priority or visas; these matters are subject to the same official rules for all prospective pilgrims. What you pay for are the services provided in accommodation, transport and personal attention.

When Is Hajj Performed? Planning Periods for Premium Hajj

Hajj is performed on specific days of the month of Dhul Hijjah; because it follows the Hijri calendar, it moves about 10-11 days earlier in the Gregorian calendar each year. Since the hotels closest to the Haram and the premium tent arrangements have limited capacity, it is important to start planning early for the premium package.

Accommodation Closest to the Kaaba

The most distinctive privilege of the premium Hajj package is accommodation in the hotel class closest to the Kaaba. Being able to reach the Haram with a walk of a few minutes makes it possible to pray the five daily prayers in congregation and to plan night worship and voluntary tawaf with ease. Hotel details are clearly written on the product page and in the contract; for general information, see our Makkah hotels page.

The greatest benefit of staying so close to the Haram becomes clear after the days at the holy sites. You can shake off the fatigue of Arafat, Muzdalifah and Mina by resting at the hotel, and time Tawaf al-Ifadah and the farewell tawaf for the hours when the crowds thin out. In Madinah, too, accommodation close to the Prophet’s Mosque makes it easier to visit the blessed Rawdah and to attend the dawn prayer.

Meet and Greet, High-Speed Train and Personal Guidance

From the moment you are met at the airport, all transport is carried out according to the organisation’s plan. In the premium package, the journey between Makkah and Madinah is made by high-speed train, which offers a shorter and less tiring transfer than a long road journey. Departure times and luggage arrangements are planned in advance according to the rail operator’s rules and communicated to you.

Transport on the days at the holy sites, however, depends on the times and routes set by the competent authorities. Thanks to the boutique group format, our guide looks after each guest closely, answers your questions without delay and plans the stoning and tawaf times according to the group’s condition. If you would like to read up on the Hajj rites in advance, our Hajj guide offers a clear and simple resource.

Places to Visit in Makkah and Madinah

The Prophet's Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi) in Madinah, a place visited in the premium Hajj programme

Outside the Hajj days, historic sites in Makkah such as Jabal al-Nour (the Cave of Hira) and Jabal Thawr are visited with a guide. In Madinah, alongside the Prophet’s Mosque and the blessed Rawdah, the Uhud Martyrs’ Cemetery, Quba Mosque, Masjid al-Qiblatayn and Jannat al-Baqi are visited.

In the boutique group format, visits are calmer and have a conversational atmosphere. At each site our guide shares the historical events and spiritual lessons and makes time for guests’ questions. Visit times are arranged for the cooler parts of the day.

The days in Madinah bring rest to the heart after the intensity of the Hajj days. Thanks to accommodation close to the Prophet’s Mosque, you can spend the time from the dawn prayer to the night prayer in the mosque and plan your visit to the blessed Rawdah for a quiet moment.

What You Need to Know Before You Set Off

  • Official requirements: confirm the registration and participation conditions in the latest announcements of the Diyanet.
  • Passport: check that its validity meets the period required in the official announcement.
  • Visa: the process runs as part of the organisation, in line with the official procedure; the decision rests with the competent authorities.
  • Health: get the vaccinations required for Hajj; carry a doctor’s report and prescriptions for any chronic conditions.
  • Train luggage: prepare your luggage for the high-speed train journey according to your guide’s briefing.
  • Bag for the holy sites: a light bag, water, an umbrella and a pebble pouch are enough for Mina and Arafat.
  • Cancellation and changes: the conditions are set out on our cancellation and refund page.

Even the most comfortable package is no substitute for preparation. Walking regularly before the journey, preparing your body for the hot weather, learning the Hajj rites and settling any debts and rights owed to others allow you to set out on your Hajj journey with peace of heart.

What Is a Mina Tent? Premium Tent Arrangements

Mina is a valley between Makkah and Muzdalifah that turns into a tent city during the days of Hajj. Pilgrims go to Mina on the Day of Tarwiyah and stay there during Eid and the days of Tashreeq to stone the Jamarat. The Mina tents are the accommodation areas used for worship, rest and meals during these days. At Arafat, too, the day of standing is spent in tents.

PlaceTimeWorship performed
Mina8 Dhul HijjahArrival in ihram for Hajj, daily prayers and preparation for Arafat
Arafat9 Dhul HijjahThe standing (wuquf), a pillar of Hajj, with supplication and remembrance (dhikr)
MuzdalifahThe night of the 9th to the 10thMaghrib and Isha prayers, the stay (wuquf), collecting pebbles
Mina10 Dhul HijjahStoning of Jamarat al-Aqabah, sacrifice and shaving the head
Mina11-13 Dhul HijjahStoning of the three Jamarat, worship and rest in the tent

The placement of the tents and their allocation to pilgrim groups are determined by the arrangements of the competent authorities. Within this framework, the premium package offers premium tent arrangements; the detailed scope is given on the product page and in the contract. On the days at the holy sites, patience and solidarity matter as much as comfort: making room in the crowd, helping the elderly and avoiding arguments are part of the etiquette of ihram.

How the Boutique Group Format Supports Your Worship

In large convoys, it is difficult for the guide to attend to each guest individually. The boutique group format removes this problem: the guide knows everyone in the group, keeps track of their health and answers questions about the Hajj rites without delay. Gathering at meeting points, moving together during transfers between the holy sites and keeping to the stoning times are also much easier in a small group.

  • Personal attention: the guide closely follows each guest’s needs.
  • Flexible pace: tawaf and visit times can be adjusted to the group’s condition.
  • Easy communication: announcements and meeting times reach everyone quickly.
  • Calm worship: supplication and discussion circles are more fruitful.

The boutique group is a great reassurance, especially for guests who are going on Hajj for the first time and are worried about feeling unsure during the rites. The guide’s close attention helps you experience your moments of worship with greater awareness and peace.

Health and Comfort Tips for Premium Hajj

A comfortable package lightens the physical burden of the Hajj days but does not remove it entirely. Walking and waiting are unavoidable during the transfers between Arafat, Muzdalifah and Mina, and the high temperatures quickly tire the body. That is why it is important to start walking regularly a few months before the journey, have a general check-up with your family doctor and get the vaccinations required for Hajj on time. Confirm the current vaccination requirements with health institutions and through official announcements.

During the Hajj days, the most effective measures are drinking water at regular intervals throughout the day, staying in the shade when the sun is at its highest, choosing light meals and getting enough sleep. Carry the medication you use regularly in your hand luggage together with the prescriptions, and keep a written note of the doses with you. In the boutique group format, our guide closely follows each guest’s condition; if you feel unwell at any moment, simply let your guide know.

Women can perform Hajj in full; a woman’s ihram is her ordinary clothing that meets the requirements of Islamic modest dress, and during menstruation Tawaf al-Ifadah is postponed until she is ritually pure again. Since the companion and participation conditions for female applicants are set each year through official announcements, we recommend confirming this at the registration stage.

What You Need to Know About Regulations and Registration

In Türkiye, Hajj organisations are carried out under the authority of the Diyanet and within the relevant legislation. Private Hajj programmes, including the premium package, are arranged in compliance with these rules through agencies authorised to organise Hajj. Whatever the package class, everyone is subject to the same official requirements for registration, participation and visas.

Registration and participation conditions may be announced anew each year, so the current information should always be confirmed through the Diyanet’s official sources. For the process within the Diyanet’s own organisation, see our page on Hajj via the Diyanet lottery, and for the general framework of private Hajj programmes, see our private Hajj page. You can find the differences between the rulings of Hajj and Umrah in our article on the differences between Hajj and Umrah.
