A bamboo Hajj ihram is one of the most popular types of ihram for the long, hot days of Hajj, thanks to its soft texture. The RotaNur Bamboo Hajj Ihram is woven from bamboo-fibre towelling and consists of two pieces, each measuring 110×220 cm: the izar, which wraps the body from the waist down, and the rida, which covers the shoulders. With a texture that feels smooth on the skin and a towelling structure that absorbs sweat, it offers comfortable wear during tawaf in Makkah and on the days of Mina and Arafat. It is sold as a single set.
About the Product
Bamboo-fibre fabrics have a smoother, glossier feel than cotton, which is why they feel softer when they rub against the skin. The looped surface of the towel weave absorbs sweat and reduces the tendency of the fabric to cling to the body in hot weather. The set weighs approximately 1,300 grams in total; this weight helps the cloth cover the body well and keeps it from blowing about in the wind, while taking up a reasonable amount of space in your suitcase. The pieces are not sewn to the shape of the body; the edges are only hemmed to prevent fraying. The fabric becomes even softer after the first few washes.

Using It on Your Umrah and Hajj Journey
While in ihram, men do not wear sewn clothing; they wear the ihram, made of two unsewn pieces of cloth, keep their heads uncovered and choose slippers or sandals that leave the top of the foot uncovered. Women, on the other hand, enter ihram in their ordinary clothing that meets the requirements of modest Islamic dress; they do not cover their faces or hands. An ihram belt or a waist bag can be used to secure the ihram and to carry items such as money and a phone. As wearing fragrance is prohibited while in ihram, make sure your care products are unscented. For detailed information, you can read our Umrah Guide and Hajj Guide.
Who Is It For?
It is suitable for those who put a soft texture and a cool feel first, for those with sensitive skin, and for anyone looking for a quality spare ihram in addition to their main set for the Hajj journey. The product is intended for adult men.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a bamboo ihram and a cotton ihram?
Bamboo-fibre fabric is smoother and softer, while cotton towelling is fuller and more classic. Both have an absorbent towel structure.
How many sets does this product include?
It is a single set: two pieces measuring 110×220 cm. As at least two sets are recommended for Hajj, we suggest getting a second set as well.
I am tall; will the size be enough?
110×220 cm is the most common ihram size for adults and is enough for most heights. If you have a larger build, secure the izar with a belt.
Can I wash the ihram and wear it again?
Yes. Washing the ihram cloths or changing into a clean set is not prohibited; use unscented detergent for washing.
