Hajj Prices 2027: Diyanet Hajj Fees and Private Hajj Packages
Compare 2027 Hajj costs on one page: Diyanet's standard and close-distance accommodation fees, the 40% deposit and 2-instalment payment plan, pre-registration and final registration dates, and current per-person prices of RotaNur private Hajj packages.
The price of Hajj is not a single figure. Türkiye's Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) announces a fee schedule for its own organisation every year, while private Hajj programmes run within Diyanet's rules are priced by package class. Seeing both in one table is the quickest way to set your budget and expectations.
Diyanet amounts on this page come from the official 2027 Hajj Information Brochure and are not RotaNur prices; RotaNur package prices are read automatically from the product pages.

Diyanet's 2027 Hajj fee is collected in USD and can be paid in full at final registration or 40% up front with the rest in 2 instalments. For our private Hajj packages no online payment is taken: after you submit your reservation request, our advisor contacts you, confirms the programme and availability, and guides you through the payment steps.
Whichever route suits you, we choose the accommodation type together once you are selected.

Hajj Prices 2027 at a Glance: Diyanet Fees and Private Hajj Packages
Hajj prices for 2027 come from two separate sources. The first is the fee schedule that Türkiye’s Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) announced for its own organisation: according to the 2027 Hajj Information Brochure, standard accommodation costs 8,800 USD per person in a 3-person room and 9,200 USD in a 2-person room, while close-distance accommodation ranges from 14,000 USD to 24,500 USD depending on the hotel pair. The second is the price of private Hajj programmes run within the rules set by Diyanet; RotaNur private Hajj packages start from 300,000 ₺ per person.
The table below compares both routes. Diyanet amounts are taken from the official brochure and are not RotaNur prices; RotaNur package prices are read automatically from the product pages and update here whenever they change.

Both routes go through the same registration and lottery system: everyone travelling for Hajj from Türkiye joins Diyanet’s pre-registration and lottery, and private Hajj programmes are open only to candidates selected in the lottery. The question “which price suits me?” therefore becomes clear once your name is drawn and you choose your accommodation type and organisation.
Diyanet Hajj Fees 2027: Standard and Close-Distance Accommodation
Diyanet announced the 2027 Hajj fees in its 2027 Hajj Information Brochure. In 2027 the fees are collected in US dollars (USD), so the amount in Turkish lira depends on the exchange rate on the day of payment. The brochure lists two accommodation types:
Standard accommodation: 8,800 USD per person in a 3-person room and 9,200 USD in a 2-person room. Makkah hotels are at most 8 km from the Masjid al-Haram; the stay in Madinah is 3-5 days.
Close-distance accommodation: 14,000 to 24,500 USD per person in a 2-person room, depending on the hotel pair in Makkah and Madinah and the length of the programme (13 to 25 days).
Close-distance Hajj prices are listed hotel by hotel: Hibatullah + Ruve Al Madinah (19-21 days) and Poinciana + Finda (20-25 days) at 14,000 USD, Anjum + Maden Taiba (13 days) at 17,500 USD, Swiss Al Maqam + Maden (14 days) at 20,500 USD, Rotana Jabal Omar + Mövenpick (14 days) at 22,500 USD and Jumeirah + Biltmore Al Madina (14 days) at 24,500 USD. Candidates choose their room and departure airport through the “Hajj Procedures” menu on e-Devlet.
In the next section you will find Diyanet’s 2026 and 2027 Hajj fees year by year in separate tables, together with the season price range of RotaNur packages. The Diyanet tables are for comparison only; registration and fees for the Diyanet lottery Hajj belong to Diyanet.

How Is the Hajj Fee Paid? 40% Up Front and 2 Instalments
According to Diyanet’s 2027 brochure, the fee for the chosen accommodation type can be paid in full at final registration, or 40% up front and the rest in 2 instalments. Fees are collected in USD. Candidates pay with their Turkish ID number and mobile number at branches of the banks listed in the brochure: Halkbank, VakıfBank, Ziraat Bankası, Albaraka Türk, Emlak Katılım, Kuveyt Türk, Türkiye Finans, Vakıf Katılım and Ziraat Katılım.
The due dates of the instalments are announced each year in Diyanet’s final registration notice; we do not guess them here. For the 2027 season, final registration took place on e-Devlet between 30 July and 18 August 2026, and the first payment (in full or the 40% deposit) was made at that stage.
Payment works differently for RotaNur private Hajj packages: no online payment is taken. After you submit your reservation request, our advisor contacts you, confirms the programme and availability, and guides you through the payment steps.

RotaNur Private Hajj Packages and 2027 Prices
Our private Hajj packages come in three classes. The rites are the same in every package; the difference lies in the hotel’s distance to the Haram, the room layout, the tent category in Arafat and Mina, transport and group size. Prices in the table are per person and are read from the product pages:
Economy Hajj: for candidates who want to keep the budget balanced and are used to walking; all core services included.
Luxury Hajj: for those looking for a five-star hotel, close-distance accommodation and full board.
Premium Hajj: for those who want the stay closest to the Kaaba, premium tents and a boutique group.
Packages generally include return flights, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, tents in Arafat and Mina, transfers and guidance by a religious official; the sacrifice fee and personal expenses are handled separately. The full scope of each package is written on its product page. You can also compare all programmes on our private Hajj and Hajj tours pages.
The Price Difference Between Lottery Hajj and Private Hajj
“Lottery Hajj” refers to Diyanet’s own organisation and “private Hajj” to programmes run by agencies under Diyanet’s supervision. Both go through the same lottery, so private Hajj does not mean travelling without the lottery. What creates the price difference is the service level you choose after being selected: the hotel’s distance to the Haram, how many people share a room, the tent category, group size and programme length.
In Diyanet’s organisation the fee is a single schedule paid in USD; in private Hajj programmes the price changes with the package class. We compare the two routes in detail in Diyanet lottery Hajj vs private Hajj, and explain how Diyanet registration works on our official Hajj page.

What Determines the Price of Hajj?
Hajj prices in the same year can differ widely because the price is the sum of several items. In both the Diyanet schedule and private packages, these are the deciding factors:
Hotel distance to the Haram: close-distance accommodation is clearly more expensive; in the Diyanet schedule the jump is from 9,200 USD to 14,000 USD.
Room layout: a 2-person room costs more than a 3-person room (9,200 and 8,800 USD in Diyanet standard accommodation).
Programme length: close-distance programmes last 13 to 25 days; the number of nights in Makkah and Madinah directly affects the price.
Arafat and Mina arrangements: tent category and meal service vary by package class.
Exchange rate: Diyanet fees are collected in USD, so the lira amount depends on the rate on the payment day.
The sacrifice fee is not included in most programmes and is handled separately; in Diyanet’s organisation sacrifices are carried out under the Presidency’s organisation and supervision. When comparing prices, check whether this item is included.
When Are the Pre-Registration Fee and the Hajj Fee Paid?
There are two separate payment moments. The pre-registration fee is paid during pre-registration into the Hajj collection account at the contracted banks; the amount is announced each year in Diyanet’s pre-registration notice. The Hajj fee is paid after you are selected, during final registration. The 2027 timetable was:
