The Women’s Hajj and Umrah Sandals are comfort sandals that hold your feet securely through full days of visits and walking, and can be loosened in a single move whenever needed. The hook-and-loop straps adjust easily to how your feet feel during the day or to wearing them with socks.
About the Product
After walking for long periods in a hot climate, it is common for the feet to swell slightly; shoes that feel comfortable in the morning may start to pinch by the evening. That is why the RotaNur Women’s Hajj and Umrah Sandals come with three hook-and-loop straps: two across the top of the foot and one at the back. By adjusting each strap separately, you can fit the sandals to your feet throughout the day. The light, anatomically shaped sole and the soft heel padding provide a balanced step in the courtyard of the Haram, on visits in Madinah and while sightseeing in the city. The inner surface of the straps is softly lined, and the sandals are comfortable with skin-tone or black socks, in keeping with modest dress. According to guidance from Diyanet (Türkiye’s Presidency of Religious Affairs), women may wear shoes and socks while in ihram, so these sandals can also be worn during ihram. They are available in beige and black, in sizes 36–41.

Use on Your Umrah and Hajj Journey
An Umrah or Hajj journey means long walks to and around the Masjid al-Haram and the Prophet’s Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi), dense crowds and, more often than not, a hot climate. When everything you take with you is light, practical and durable, it is easier to stay focused on your worship. Since applying fragrance is prohibited while in ihram, remember to choose unscented personal care products. For a complete packing list, have a look at our Umrah Guide and Hajj Guide.
Who Is It For?
Made for women going on Umrah or Hajj who will be walking for hours every day. Those with wide feet, those whose feet swell during the day and those who prefer to wear sandals with socks benefit most from the adjustable straps. They also make a thoughtful gift for our elderly mothers and elders. If you have a specific foot health condition, we recommend consulting your doctor. Those who prefer to wear tawaf socks inside the Haram can carry the sandals with them in a shoe bag. They also suit anyone looking for comfortable, simple sandals for everyday wear in the summer months after Umrah.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can they be worn with socks?
Yes. As the straps are adjustable, the sandals are comfortable with thin or medium-thickness socks. In keeping with modest dress, we recommend wearing them with skin-tone or black socks.
Can women wear these sandals while in ihram?
According to Diyanet guidance, women in ihram may wear the clothes they always wear, such as dresses, headscarves, socks and shoes. These sandals can also be worn during ihram.
My feet are wide; which size should I buy?
The adjustable straps accommodate most foot widths. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one and check the size chart on our collection page.
Does the sole make any noise?
The flexible rubber outsole allows fairly quiet walking on marble. Still, those who prefer to wear tawaf socks inside the Haram can carry the sandals in a bag.
Do the hook-and-loop fasteners loosen over time?
With regular use, fibres and dust can build up between the fasteners, which reduces their grip. Cleaning the straps from time to time with a soft brush helps them keep their grip for a long time.
