How to Use

1. Before first use, wash the ihram at 30 °C without fabric softener.
2. Break in the sandals by wearing them at home for a few days before your journey.
3. Wash with the unscented products before entering ihram, and use only these while in ihram.
4. When you return, wash the ihram and store it in its box.
5. Place the prayer mat, in its bag, in your backpack or hand luggage.

Using It on Your Umrah and Hajj Journey

While in ihram, men do not wear stitched clothing; they wear the ihram, made of two unstitched cloths, leave their heads uncovered and choose slippers or sandals that leave the top of the foot uncovered. Women, on the other hand, enter ihram in their normal modest clothing and do not cover their faces or hands. An ihram belt or a waist bag can be used to hold the ihram in place and to carry items such as money and a phone.
