About the Product
A children’s ihram follows the same principle as an adult ihram, consisting of two plain unstitched sheets, but its dimensions are scaled down for ages 7–12. The cotton fabric, 1000 grams in total, is light and does not restrict the child’s movement. The elastic belt holds the izar securely, and its small pocket is ideal for an ID card or contact details. The non-slip children’s slippers give confidence on marble floors. The unscented soap, shampoo and wet wipes can be used while your child is in ihram. While in ihram, men do not wear stitched clothing; they wear the ihram made of two unstitched sheets, leave their heads uncovered and choose slippers or sandals that leave the top of the foot exposed. Women enter ihram in their usual modest clothing and do not cover their faces or hands. An ihram belt or waist bag can be used to secure the ihram and to carry items such as money and a phone.
