Preliminary Information Form

This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the consumer before a distance contract is formed. It is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

Complaints and requests: Can be sent 24/7 using the phone number and email address above or the WhatsApp button on the page.
Product/Service: The tour or product shown on the request page and in the request summary. Its essential features are on the product page; the services included and not included in a tour price are written on the tour page and in the contract.
Total price: Shown in the request summary, including all taxes. For tour services, the price depends on the chosen date, departure point and room type and becomes final in the contract. No delivery fee is charged for physical products.
Payment method: No online payment is taken on the site; after your request, our advisor contacts you and explains the payment steps. Any deposit and payment schedule are given to you in writing before payment.
Delivery and performance: Tour services involve no physical shipment; you are told on the same day that your booking is confirmed, and the service is provided on the dates in the tour programme. Physical products are delivered free of charge to your delivery address in Türkiye within 3 business days at the latest after the order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal: For physical products, you can withdraw within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Send your notice to info@rotanur.com, by a written WhatsApp message or in writing to the address above. Return the product within 10 days of your notice using the courier named by our advisor; no return shipping fee is charged. The total amount you paid is refunded within 14 days of the date your notice reaches us.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply: Personal care products, attars, bakhoor and miswak whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons; products such as dates that can deteriorate quickly or pass their expiry date; and products prepared specially at your request (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). Package tours are outside the scope of that Regulation, so there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for tours.
Tour cancellation and transfer: Under the Package Tour Contracts Regulation, if you cancel at least 30 days before the tour starts, nothing is deducted except statutory costs. Less than 30 days before, only the deduction set out in advance in your contract applies. Refunds are made within 14 days of your cancellation reaching us. You can transfer the tour to another eligible person by telling us at least 7 days before it starts. Details are in our Cancellation & Refund terms.
Disputes: You can apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the consumer court above those limits.
