About the Product

When someone returns from Umrah, visitors come knocking for days, and giving each of them a small keepsake is a lovely tradition. This pack puts that keepsake together with meaningful, useful pieces. The foldable pocket prayer mat makes it easy to pray on the road, at work or when travelling. The 99-bead tasbih is a faithful companion for moments of dhikr. The vacuum-packed miswak is the traditional tooth-cleaning stick known to have been used by the Prophet (peace be upon him). The back of the Kaaba-illustrated dua card carries a short supplication and the note “I bring you greetings from Umrah”; if you wish, you can write your own name in the blank space. All the pieces are gathered in a linen-look drawstring pouch with a RotaNur label.

How to Use

1. When you receive the box, count the pouches and check that they are tied shut.
2. If you wish, write your name and the date of your Umrah in the blank space on the dua cards.
3. Store the pouches in their box in a cool, dry place.
4. Present a pouch along with a treat as you see your visitors off.
5. Remind the visitors who receive a miswak that, once they have opened the packaging, they should peel back the tip before use.
6. You can keep any remaining pouches for visits on the holy nights (kandil), at Eid and at mawlid gatherings.

An Umrah or Hajj journey means long walks to and around the Masjid al-Haram and the Prophet’s Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi), dense crowds and, very often, a hot climate.
