How to Use

1. Before first use, wear them for a few hours at the hotel so your feet can get used to them.
2. At the entrance to the Haram, put your shoes in a bag and slip on the socks; do not wear the socks outdoors for long periods.
3. Air the insole at the end of the day; if necessary, hand-wash in lukewarm water.
4. To preserve the shape of the foam, dry the socks in the shade, not on a heater or in the sun.
