About the Product

The sheets are not tailored to the shape of the body; the edges are only hemmed to prevent fraying.

How to Use

1. Before travelling, wash both sets once with unscented detergent and dry them.
2. Wear one set when entering ihram and keep the other in a separate bag in your suitcase.
3. Wrap the izar around your waist and fold over the top edge; you can secure it with an ihram belt.
4. Change the set when it gets dirty, and wash it by hand at the hotel or at a laundry with unscented detergent.
5. Alternate between the sets so that both wear evenly.

Use on Your Umrah and Hajj Journey

While in ihram, men do not wear stitched clothing; they wear the ihram made of two unstitched sheets, leave their heads uncovered and choose slippers or sandals that leave the top of the foot exposed. Women enter ihram in their usual modest clothing and do not cover their faces or hands. An ihram belt or waist bag can be used to secure the ihram and to carry items such as money and a phone.
